Change of Shipping Address

We can usually update your shipping address if you contact us within 24 hours after purchase.
After 24 hours, your order is most likely already being processed for shipping, so we cannot guarantee an address change.
If your order includes preorder items, we may still be able to change the address before it ships (since preorder takes a longer time to ship) — please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

 

 

Change / Add / Remove Items in Your Order

We can usually change your order (add or remove items, or switch sizes/variants) if you contact us (through email only: info@angelruche.com )within 24 hours after purchase.
After 24 hours, your order is most likely already being processed for shipping, so we cannot guarantee any changes.

If your order includes preorder items, we may still be able to adjust your order before it ships — please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the exact changes you’d like to make.

 

Can I return or exchange my order if I chose the wrong size?

Yes, but please note:

  • For returns due to wrong size, we do not cover the return shipping fee.
  • For exchanges due to wrong size:
    • You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
    • We will cover the shipping cost to send your exchange item back to you.

You will need to arrange the return shipment yourself (via your local courier or post office).
We cannot generate a return label for you.
