🛍️ Returning an Item

You can return an item for a refund or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at info@angelruche.com to start your return.

  • We’ll provide a local return address (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Hong Kong).

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original packaging.

If your item is worth over $50, we recommend using tracked shipping — we’re not responsible for returns we don’t receive.


🔁 Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 30 days.
You return the item, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

We may deny exchanges if the item is worn or returned in poor condition.


💳 Refunds for Returned Items

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You don’t return the item.

  • The return is lost in transit.

  • There is no tracking showing delivery back to us.


📦 Delivery Issues

  • Marked as delivered but not received?
    Please check with neighbours, CCTV, and contact the courier.
    If tracking says “delivered,” we can’t offer a refund. Once your package is marked delivered or signed for, we’re not responsible for theft or damage.
    If you chose standard or free shipping (no signature), your package is only insured during transit — the customer is responsible once it’s delivered.

  • Delayed by customs?
    We don’t refund for customs delays. If your order is delayed 30+ days, we can refund shipping cost only.

  • Lost package?
    If tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, or says “lost” or “abandoned,” we’ll refund or resend your order.

  • Failed delivery due to wrong address or no response provided by you to the courier for redelivery or pick up?
    We’re not responsible for refunds in these cases.
    If your address was correct but the package was "returned to sender "with no contact from the courier, and you tried to resolve it within 7 days by contacting the courier directly — contact us and we may be able to help.

⏰ Preorder Shipping Policy

If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item is restocked.

  • Preorder items are typically restocked within 2 weeks after purchase.

  • If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, email us at info@angelruche.com Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Note: Restock dates are estimates and may change. You’ll be notified via email if there are updates.
